What to Expect

Throughout the program, the goal is to schedule a minimum of 5 in-person pelvic PT/OT visits staggered at 12 weeks, 20 weeks, 32 weeks, 38 weeks and 6-8 weeks postpartum.

We work with you and your insurance provider to coordinate care. During the program, we help you to hit specific milestones with our birth prep checklist. You also receive reminder emails to guide you step-by-step through the program.

You can schedule sessions at any MOJO Pelvic Health location and/or partner clinic.
