You can join the program at any point in pregnancy! 

The online community and birth prep course cover information from the first trimester all the way into the postpartum period. Your first in-person pelvic PT/OT visit can be scheduled around the 12-week mark. It's also ok if you find the program later in pregnancy. We will work with you to schedule your in-person care to fit your unique timeline. 

You can schedule your in-person pelvic PT/ OT appointments at any MOJO clinic or partner practice. We recommend a minimum of 5 in-person visits spread throughout the program, which are purchased separately. As needed, we can help you work with your insurance provider.

That's ok! Many people choose to access the virtual program without the in-person care. You will have access to all of the live & on-demand videos in the online community and the birth prep course. Within the online community, you can access the live Q&A sessions and prenatal exercise workouts.
