Unwind: Pelvic Floor Group Exercise

Join MOJO FLO weekly for group corrective exercise sessions. Each 45-minute workout will include breath work, pelvic floor release and then subsequent strengthening after release work is complete. It will combine a variety of pelvic floor downtraining techniques.

Understanding your pelvic health is complex. It can be difficult to know where to begin. This workshop was created to teach you how pelvic floor tension impacts the body. How it may be contributing to your symptoms and ways to actually reduce tension.

When I began my own pelvic heath journey, I had no idea how much pelvic floor tension was a part of my problem. I also didn't realize how it was hindering all of my strengthening efforts. Understanding the benefits of muscle relaxation prior to strengthening has changed the way I workout, move and in turn coach people.
